  First, let me tell you that they have great team.
  
  I've only dealt with TJ and Steve but I had the BEST customer experience with them.(especially TJ since I had to call him few(is 6 phones call few?) times during weekend and he answered every single question I had with great attitude! I would not have done it if I was in his shoes)
  
  R22 was low(leaking somewhere 16 yrs old system) so we had to charge up and put a dye pack in to find out where the leak is...
  R22 was $50 per lb and I thought it was way too expensive... but I found our that $50/lb was low price in Dallas with R22 cost raising every year. upon my research, R410 is used on recent AC and R22 is old and they are cutting the production of R22 which makes the price of the R22 raise.
  
  Price: Not the cheapest(I'm comparing Craigslist price). Not most expensive. Fair good price.
  Customer Service: Excellent
  Expertise: Excellent
  Timely manner: 1st call was next day, 2nd call was same day. It was hard to get exact time frame.. but they called 30-45 minutes before they arrive..
  Recommend: I would definitely recommend these guys...
  
  I hope I dont have to call AC service anymore, but if I need to, I will call them again.
